            A "Cross" is a straight punch. When you've got your left foot forward, you perform the cross with your right hand and vice versa. It's called "cross" since you're literally crossing your body's midline with that punch. This article [Punching Guide] might be of help too.

Another Q: I'm currently doing The foundation, heros journey, 30 day spartan, and flexibility week, following all exercise each days with all those 4 programs, is it ok with that? i'm afraid ill tire my body that i cant give it my best, 1 thing for sure, the spartan 2minutes elbow plank, i cant do it in 1 go, im doing 3 times, 1min elbow plank with 1 min rest in between instead, is this ok? should I change or anything needs to be corrected? Im currently working on 4hours work-8hours rest shift everyday (onboard ship), so my rest n gym time is limited, and recovering from hernia surgery on mid june. pls advise, thanks.

                devilcute87 I would suggest NOT doing multiple programs at once. Overtraining is one aspect but structure is another. Each program is designed to work in a very specific way with a specific structure. By doing so many programs at once you're messing with the intended design and reduce the effectivity of each individual program.

                Doing one program at 100% is better than 2 programs at 50%. As in many cases: Quality beats quantity.

                Whether you add the two challenges or not is your own choice. If you feel you can take on the challenge, go for it. But if you feel like you can't really complete the challenges on top of the programs, I would cut them out and focus on the program first. Since the 2 Minute elbow plan is an essential part of the challenge it sounds like the challenge might be a bit too much for you at this point.

                My suggestion would be to focus on either Foundation or Hero's Journey first - Flexibility Week can be a good add on if you feel like it. But other than that, leave the other programs and challenges for later.

                Just piling up exercises won't let you progress faster.

                  Yet I can’t help it but to ask
                  It is core day today, lots of crunches took place. It is not my first time doing crunches though also not first time I’m getting same feeling
                  Just wondering, did I do it correctly?
                  After some crunches, I started to feel something like contraction near my lower abs area,
                  It’s a pain but kind of sweet pain, coz I smiled and liked it once I felt it, You know, it’s like holding your cum while making love,
                  After more crunches, I end up shivering and moaning on the floor, similar to an orgasm!!!, lucky nobody was around.
                  Is this normal or I needed to correct something?
                  While rest my body flat on the floor, knees up feet flat, while crunching, my head stay up, look up, and move up parallel to ceiling, i did not bend too much to front, means my chest never sees the wall.

                  Owh, I do burbs, while doing superman, and farted while doing fist twist, like a few times, is that normal also???
                  Now I'm writing this, I feel normal, like every other exercise feeling (DOMS) on most days not so sore but some feel.

                    Gym time i use program, not same daily, but a weekly routine with added resistance/rep/pace/failure, mostly weight training and some lifting
                    Every morning the same sprint exercise i follow sprint program and exercise, hope that covers my cardio.

Does this mean I can donate via bank transfer? If yes, is there a specific reference I should use?                             Not sure if that's what Nihopaloa meant, but at my bank, "reference" refers to a code you are supposed to use when transferring funds so that the recipient knows what kind of payment they received or from whom or whatever. Sometimes the system doesn't let you through unless you provide such number. Again, this could be country-specific.
