    Top 7 workouts?

    Ok guys in your opinion what are the best 7 fullbody workouts from darebee?

    #2
    My personal choice

    Uncharted http://darebee.com/workouts/uncharted-workout.html
    Body Patch+ http://darebee.com/workouts/body-pat...s-workout.html
    Samson http://darebee.com/workouts/samson-workout.html
    S.W.A.T. http://darebee.com/workouts/swat-workout.html
    Hell's Circuit http://darebee.com/workouts/hells-circuit-workout.html
    Launch Codes HIIT http://darebee.com/workouts/launch-c...t-workout.html
    Mercs http://darebee.com/workouts/merc-workout.html

    Notably that this choice depends also on the training style, which these workouts have (i.e. I like more some exercise than other ones)

      For what?

      You looking for strength, stamina, fat loss, flexibility, balance, or what?

      What's the goal you're shooting for?

        Framebyte hey man i will give you my 7 fav workout's based on my preferences.

        - Primal Workout (great workout to develop your mobility, strength and adaptabilty, i really wish they develop more in the future);
        - Hammer Workout (i really enjoy dumbbell workout's, and i have yet to try the new one's they have been doing with dumbbells, they seem amazing, however i only have 40 lbs dumbbells so i have to do this workout for atleast 6 sets, but it is amazing);
        - The Raid Workout (everyone here who knows me, i am lil bit quiet so i think they are very few lol, knows i love martial arts, and the combo's in this one are definitely combos i would use);
        - Ninja Warrior (for me this is the definition of fitness, whanna get strong, explosive, fast and great at endurance, go for this one);
        - Combat Bo (super fun man, and you develop skills with your bo, Damer is the man);
        - Headhunter Workout (this is great for cardio and for fighter's with unorthodox striking, like me. The combo's are pretty unorthodox [mma speaking], a normal combo would be Jab, Cross, Low Kick or Jab, Jab, Hook to the body, Hook to the head. This is one is different from a guy who has a background from Full Contact Kickboxing and JKD it really is cool to see this);
        - Parkour Workout / Inner Warrior (i couldnt decide between this two. Thanks to Darebee you can learn new stuff and develop new skills, and Parkour/Freerunning and Yoga is something i've had my eyes on for a while now, thanks to darebee i can try it).

        But there are so many other's. If you are like me it is impossible to follow a programm or event because i like to try everything and train different things. So experiment because one of the many amazing things about Darebee is the amount of quality content.

              Hi, Framebyte. you don't know me, but I'd say it's better to workout one muscle group of the body at a time. My theory is: most one-bodypart workouts only include exercises that target a specific muscle group. For example, the Masterpack workout only targets the core, therefore giving it a harder workout, boosting its strength more than a full-body workout would.
              So, are you looking for:
              Upper body,
              Core,
              or Lower body?

                Welcome to the Hive @Bu55K1d
                Sadly Framebyte would not know almost anyone here anymore, because he has not been around for 6 years.
                Impressive record you raked up here. Being just 8 years old. Your finger must hurt from all the clicking
                Looking forward to hearing some more insighful theories.
