    - You can eat as many meals as you like, as far as there are at least 3 hours between meals (and you only pick one of the 9 options every time of course).
    - Yes, you can consume any amount of coffee (no sugar/milk), tea (no sugar/milk) and water

    - As long as you don't sweeten them with sugar, you can drink any amount of tea and coffee
    - There is no restriction on the amount of meals, so you can choose yourself how many meals you want/need.

    Hope this helps.

I started this eating plan last week. I'm going with the any amount in moderation method. Eat every three hours if I'm hungry and have time. It was hard to go without sweets for the first couple days but I'm not missing them now. And I dropped three pounds. ;-)

Hi! I am also new here and want to give that a try as well.
I was wondering if fruit on free pass days are allowed, since it says no sugar, but fruit contains sugar...

I'm happy you asked those questions, I'm starting this today. And yes I'm curious about the fruit as well on the free pass days... thanks to everyone helping out and joining in ♡ we're awesome!

I think sugar here isn't meant in a generalized way for all sugars but rather table sugar, as even on no carb days there is a distinction between "no sugar" and "no fruits". So fruits should be okay on free pass days, at least in moderation. I'm not sure about honey, though.
            Good luck everybody
