    Multiple Programs at same time?

    Hello guys!!!!

I wanna make you a question about the programs... I'm about to finish Foundation and want to start another program. Specifically Combat HIIT and Hero's Journey and maybe Total Abs. But I was sneaking a bit of them and there will be days I will not be able to complete both programs...
So I wanna know how you guys do in those cases. I'm aware that the Programs are designed to develop strength / endurance / flexibility gradually but that would mean that's necessary to be Daily?? I mean, I can do one program one day and the other program the day after and so??

Thanks in advise for your responses :sensei:

And sorry for the bad English and so many questions... here are some Positive Vibes in exchange!!!!

    Hi rasm02 ,

the programs are designed to be done daily and you will probably get the best results if you follow that structure. It's better to do one program at 100% than two programs with 50% each.

Ultimately it is up to you, of course you could alternate them, but then you would interfere with the intended structure of either program.
Both programs can leave you pretty exhausted, especially HIIT is meant to get you all out. I would suggest starting with one program first for a couple days, see how that goes and if you feel like you're up for more add another one afterwards

rasm02 I'm currently doing Foundations, 30 Days of Gravity and Total Abs all at the same time. It is doable.

Thanks gree_fire I know that feeling lol

Thanks TheRaven I've started the Combat HIIT yesterday after Day 23 of Foundation it was heavy (I did level III) but I didn't ended up exhausted so tried Day 1 of Fighter's Codex and it went well... I'm planning finish Foundation but continuing with the other two. Will be like a daily Kung Fu session. I can do HJ and Total Abs in a month. Thanks again for your response I always wondered if the programs had to be daily necessary.
And one other question :phew: if you miss a week or so in the middle of a program.. It's better to continue or start all over again?? Always had that doubt

Once again thanks for answering!! Positive vibes for you guys!!! :sensei:

gree_fire ... you are taking on Foundation for the BADGE. You could sleep-walk through that!
rasm02 ... may I suggest you finish one of those programs then wait an hour or two before starting the other?
As for missing a week of a Program ... yeah, start over. You can miss a day, or even two, and jump back in with no problem. A week? Not so much. The Programs are set up with progressions and "rest" days and the like and you lose the rhythm after so long - plus the burden of whatever caused you to skip your sessions.
As for your English ... better than my Spanish. Or French. Or Japanese. Or ...

hahaha thanks DaithiMeyer!! Sometime I doubt if my grammar is correct... :lmao:
I usually finish one routine and wait like 15~20 min until the next one doing stretchs to keep warm my muscles and to work on my tendons... just like we use to do on my Kung Fu classes.
About the "pauses" i was asking because I resumed Foundation few weeks ago and was kinda hard, so I started over again... :phew:
And for the record... I think I'm still doing Foundation just for the badge :monkey-thinking:

rasm02 Too right. If it didn't give you a badge I sure as hell wouldn't be doing it.

But yeah... I'm still doing it just for the badge
