I wanna make you a question about the programs... I'm about to finish Foundation and want to start another program. Specifically Combat HIIT and Hero's Journey and maybe Total Abs. But I was sneaking a bit of them and there will be days I will not be able to complete both programs...
So I wanna know how you guys do in those cases. I'm aware that the Programs are designed to develop strength / endurance / flexibility gradually but that would mean that's necessary to be Daily?? I mean, I can do one program one day and the other program the day after and so??
