I completed in Level 1 with little pauses in some exercises, mostly in jump squat due to little pain in my left quad and this challenge comes start directly after whole fasting holy month, RAMADAN with little exercising during it.
After the workout I did Code of Abs
I managed to get level I completed last night! I just told myself that I was not doing this to feel comfortable, so that discomfort was no excuse to stop. I did need every single second of those 2-minute breaks though =p
First day done... and it was devilish! Was surprised how jump squats come easy now that I have some training behind me, but lungs were yelling and it was difficult not to slow down gradually during push ups... Bring tomorow on!
