    Just Starting

    Hi Everyone.
    I'm Matt 47 yr old English male
    just starting back in the gym after about 10yrs. Last yr I weight nearly 98kg now im down to 80 kgs and its time to tone up. get core strength and work on my clutes there none exsistant.
    I need some body confidence. Just going through a shitty divorce and now my focus is on the gym and my daughter.
    I'm sure there are a few out there who know how that feels. I found this website which looks great. There is so much info out there and it's confusing.

          Foundation or Foundation light is a good start. If you want to do more, you can add a challenge: https://darebee.com/challenges.html or do the daily dare.

          If you don‘t want to start with a program (although I think it is the easiest way to start), you can use the workout filter to find the right workouts for you: https://darebee.com/filter#sort=position&sortdir=desc
