    My first push-up!

It took me 8 months to get here, but today I was finally able to do a proper push-up! I tried to do it just for fun, ready to feel again like I can't get up from the ground properly, not really believing I'm at that stage yet... Looks like I am!

A few months ago I wasn't even able to do more than a few knee push-ups, and at the beginning of the year, just doing push-ups agains the kitchen counter felt hard....
This is a big archievement for me, and it's thanks to darebee that I was able to make this progress, so thank you all so much! I feel like I want to do push-ups every day from now on

    Congratulations!
As someone who did her very first real push-up this year, too, I know how amazing that feels. It's a very big feat and you can be proud

Me too!! It’s an amazing feeling to hoist yourself up off the ground against all that gravitational pull!!!! Celebrate your accomplishment, and DEFinitely, KEEP DOING THEM!! As females, we aren’t naturally blessed with upper body strength, so we have to work for every bit we get!!😏πŸ₯³πŸ˜Ž
