    thorght I would post here as am quite happy how my progress has come on, I will post the photos in order the first photo was taken 5 may 2018 you can see how much out of shape I was, it has been a long road with many ups and downs I first started with Fizzup an app I found in the end didn’t feel like I was getting enough out of it then stumbled across nerd fitness hang round there a bit while doing Fizzup then found my new home here and haven’t looked back thank you so very much for the support you guys have given me.

    I will try and post a photo over the next few days think I have 6 photos and 1 video that I need to upload
    p,s I don’t normally feel good uploading photos of myself

    carrying on on from yesterday, day2 photo this was done on the 20th June as you can see my pecs started to develop here, and seeing that made me want to push and develop myself more, at this point I was doing the demigod program with Fizzup

      This photo was done 14 September not long after I found you guys is this picture my biceps are definitely bigger and ab section is toneied this was not long after I started the workouts with you guys

        here is photo 3 that I done this was done 10th December just after I had done can you survive the pits workout on this photo you can see where my pecs have defined a bit more and my shoulders have shaped a bit if you guys notice anything that has changed that I can’t see as I am looking at myself feel free to chip in as it will help me massively

          here is the final photo I have this was
          do on the 28th February I am liking this photo as shows how much my body has come on still a long way too go but will carry on like a Spartan, in this picture you can see how toned my upper body is and also the slight outline of my abs if you guys see any thing that I can’t let me know.

                  Hi all, having problems uploading the video but will have a go when I get back on my laptop, on another note I am definitely stronger then I was as managed to carry down the stairs at work a 32kg shower screen easer then I used to so again thank you to Darebee I will get another picture done aoon

                    Wow just realised that I started working out exactly 1 year today, have come a long quite well since doing darebee think the app I used at first put me about 3 months behind as it didn’t help me much but looking forward to see how things progress from now on

                      One year is quite a milestone! Congratulations!

                      And never mind if it wasn't "ideal" at first. In my experience, it rarely is. And at least, it helped you get started.

                            Haven’t posted here for a while the picture that this is was after I done Day 15 of iron born, looking at the first picture and then looking at this one the changes are so noticeable it is crazy!
                            Seeing this difference makes me want to push my self more and need
                            yo decide on what program too do next or I just use all the old workouts that I printed a long time ago I do enjoy can you survive the pits so would love to find something along those lines that include all muscle groups (Chest, Biceps, Triceps, abs and a little bit of legs)
