        OMG - I made a textbook perfect omelette today. Usually I get frustrated and it’s a scramble instead, but not today! (It’s the little things)

          fatgirlonamission I get that! Recently, my mom told me the secret to a perfect omelette on accident. I had failed at cooking it for years and basically given up. Now that I can finally do it it's glorious

          (to anyone who may be struggling as well, the secret is: use medium-low heat and cover the pan with a lid; cook for 5-10 minutes until firm/fluffy – no flipping required)

                    Celebrating 48 years of marriage today. I am so blessed to have been chosen to be the husband of a beautiful woman who put up with far more than she should have.

                        I made my goal of 100 pounds of weight loss today.

                        I went for a celebratory meal of sushi and probably put three back on.

                        Now comes better goals, not necessarily tied to a number.
