I currently do 30 Days of Gravity. It's awesome, I love it, especially now during summer it's perfect for in-door strength. But I really think it lacks back and biceps work? Personally, I try to incorporate some pull-up progression to build up my strength for pull-ups. But it would be really awesome if the program itself could have zero-equipment exercises for back and biceps. Thank you for the awesome material you provide us!
