Updated version of 30 Days of Gravity?

    Hello,

I currently do 30 Days of Gravity. It's awesome, I love it, especially now during summer it's perfect for in-door strength. But I really think it lacks back and biceps work? Personally, I try to incorporate some pull-up progression to build up my strength for pull-ups. But it would be really awesome if the program itself could have zero-equipment exercises for back and biceps. Thank you for the awesome material you provide us!

On the days that I saw that were upper body focused, there were push ups among other core/arm exercises that I just added some bar work to, in order for “pull up progression” to be there. It’s pretty well balanced, I thought: for upper, lower, cardio/core, tendon and stretching. You are always free to add things you feel are missing, tho

DorothyMH Yeah I fully agree with you. I believe it would be a fully balanced and complete program if it had back and biceps exercises itself, though. For example, I find it hard to incorporate bar work during the pushups days, because arms and chest get burned due to the failure reps (and oh man, I love the feeling of the pump afterward haha). The same thing applies during plank days. So far I add it either on leg or stretching day. But yeah. I just believe that adding zero-equipment back and biceps exercises would be super beneficial because it would make the program complete and it would maintain the "no-equipment" nature of the program.
