    10 days in and seeing results

    I've been doing vitality in the morning and arms of steel chair addition at night i add some light dummbbells occassionally for a couple sets and I just want to say I am already feeling my shoulders get healthier. After years of poor posture and boxing they are pretty messed up but my pain has been decreasing.
