Anek the difficulty level of a workout has quite a few factors: complexity, the type of muscles that are targeted from one exercise to the next, what muscle groups become engaged the most and so on. As usual, we field test extensively and listen carefully to feedback before we decide what the level is. Despite it appearing to be hard it isn't. It is however tendon-strength intensive which is why it feels so intense. A small number of the respondents who field-tested it found it really hard and they all had lower lower-body tendon strength than expected. The only way to strengthen the tendons is to work them relatively hard otherwise the low number of blood vessels and neurons running through them make them unresponsive. I hope my explanation helps a little.
