    The beginning....

    Hey guys i've just found this website a day ago and I'm super excited to start out the programs/challenges and become my best self. I will Conquer all the challenges on this websites but first I have to start small so the first thing I'm going to do is do and complete Foudation Light and work my way up. Good luck to does that are also at the beginning stages.(DM if you're a beginner here so we can both hold each other accountable)

    Foundation light day 1

    Alright I've completed the first exercise routine on foundation light I'm not going to lie it wasn't to hard but I'm only doing this program to build consistency. I'll keep on updating on my progress every time I do a program /challenges(Tuesday, Wednesday,Thursday,Friday,Saturday and Sunday Monday college is long 😔)

      Great that you started Foundation Light and found a way to make the workout a part of your day. That is so important in the long run!

      About holding accountable: Why not opening a log in the Check-In section. You can also put the URL into your profile, so it shows up with the other info when sombody clicks on your avatar.

      This here is the Feedback section, where you point to bugs or make requests (and maybe a word of praise once in a while ) to the beekeepers, so all your effort might go unheard.
