WolfingDown Broody_Owl even if actually sword moves like the ones in Ronin and SAO aren't used until the last 10 days or so, they can still use other exercises like push-ups and pull-ups as well as cross chops side-to-side chops and punches to condition the upper body with lunges and squats and split squats to develop the lower body and once the sword styles come in you can take influence from a number of styles from Fencing to Kendo to Escrima

Lmao I saw this before it displayed the OP and I was like "I have zero doubts that ScorpionKing posted this." Yeah, man, we've got Cloud, Link, Geralt, Samurai Jack, Sephiroth, Aragorn, Eragon (although Murtagh was arguably a better swordsman), King Arthur, CONAN, Elrond, the list is freaking endless.

We have two sword workouts already and a bunch of requests for workouts based on swordplay from King Arthur to Samurai Jack to Aragorn, and I figured this could be a fun idea for a program, and one I'd actually follow!Tags: None
