    LADDER PROGRAM

    Hi Everyone!

    Hope the training is going well!

    thought of an idea of a ladder program using hard - advanced exercises.

    On day 1 you start of with just 1 rep of each (3/5/7sets); Then day 2 you do 2 reps and so on and so forth until you get to day 30 and have to do 30 reps of each.

    What do you guys think?

    I think it sounds interesting! What kind of exercises did you have in mind?

      Pull Ups, V-Ups, Hollow Holds (can be seconds as well as reps), Archer Push Ups, Squat Jump Knee Tucks, Burpees, Star Planks. Basically Items from the conquer 20 Hard and Advanced Exercises

        It could always be a 60 day program the difficult exercises then a prep workout for the next day ready for the day after.
