    Thank you, Darebee!

    I have been using yalls work out plans for the past 3 off-season for my youth lacrosse team and the benefits have showed! Since I deal with kids age ranging from 10-14, I don't have the luxury of introducing weight training due to risk of injury. So I started implementing yalls workouts 2 days a week with running and water breaks intermittently, and results show: 2 championships and 1 runners up finish. Being able to build a kids strength and endurance has really turned a dying program around VERY FAST. Thank you guys for making these workout programs; 10/10 will donate again!
