Just want to say thanks to Darebee for some of the "recent" releases, like Hamstring Mobility, Spine Mobility, Bone Strength, etc. They are devoted exactly to what their straight-forward names tell you, and they are well-being things that I would like to work on. Both the name and the contents are what I find delightful, plain neat and nice. Not so much on Bone Strength because I am not very into the two weight exercises, but still.

There are probably a limited number of workouts like these that you can make, or maybe I have limited imagination and am wrong about it. Anyway, thank you! And the very new one, Knee Strength!
I hope you also have Calf Mobility in the future. It has been on my mind ever since I saw Hamstring Mobility on the day it was published.
