    My friend needs a help

    I have a friend, she is 163 cm (5'3) and weights about 59ish kg (130 lbs) she would like to lose 4 kg (about 10 lbs). She is in a good shape, has some muscles and overall looks good but has a hard time losing stomach fat. She would like to start darebee programs but doesn't know which one to start to get her in a great shape and she also looks for a good way of eating. She keeps asking me what should she do or what programs I would recommend her. I only have done total abs which gave me a good results but I feel like she needs to do more hit cardio and eat very clean to lose last 10 pounds. What do you think? Any recommendations?

    Weight loss starts in the kitchen. If she wants to lose weight she should check out the nutrition part of this site.

    Generally it is best to start with the fitness test and then a level 1 program to see where she is at fitness wise. Failing that there are a couple of cardio based level 2 programs.
