    Bodyguard workout

    I saw the "Bodyguard" workout (WotD) and it says level 5... Is it possible??? I would say 3, maybe 4 tops... Also, I think some rep numbers are lower than before...

    I saw the Bodyguard workout some time ago maybe there were 20 reps each exercise or anyway higher rep numbers.
    It seems easier now but since I never did it I am not sure.

      I just did it on a level 3 with EC. I am ok calling it a level 5 workout.

      To be honest probably because of the 20 pushups per set

        I just gave it a peep and it shows level 4
