    Extra credit for Sandman?

    The suggested extra credit for Sandman is 1 minute rest between sets. However, the workout doesn't have sets, so decreased rest time doesn't make a lot of sense. Should it be hold each pose for 1 minute?

    I thought that as some of the stretches stretch just one side, the second set was when you did the whole thing again but this time stretching the other side.

      I thought that might be the case also, but how is it "extra credit" worthy to wait for 1minute (as opposed to 2 minutes?) before stretching the other side?

      I know it's a misprint, but if there is "extra credit" , doggone it, I'm going for it! 😀
