As I was flossing a couple of nights ago, I thought about habits and how flossing really ought to be one. I'm sure some people are good and do it every day and then there are the rest of us. So I wondered if a monthly challenge could be the go. Not a flossing challenge because that could be embarrassing for all the non-flossers out there! but rather a Personal Habit challenge. Preferably nothing to do with fitness, but some habit that betters your health (physical or mental) as First Thing Water or No Salt or Meditation do. It could be "make your bed in the morning" or "limit social media to 2 hours a day" or, as in my case "Floss!" or whatever habit (instilling a good one or over-riding a bad one) is needed.
