    HIIT timer for Power Up?

    The power up program introduction text says you should keep your arm(s) or leg(s) up while transitioning to the next exercise. However, there is no HIIT timer. You have to either count in your head (tedious at some point) or turn on the 30 second timer each time and the latter makes it hard to keep your pose between exercises.
    Is there a reason why there is no HIIT timer that just beeps every required amount of seconds?

    (Of course there's plenty websites or apps to make my own HIIT timer, but it seems like a contradictory choice compared to the instructions)

    I just used the stopclock on phone/pc/laptop/tablet, but a timer would have be awesome.
