    Strength or Gravity??

    Hi, everybody!! i've been working out on and off for years now, on 2020 i trained for 6 month straight and now i want to know, which one i try first, 30 Days of Strength or 30 Days of Gravity??

    I have done 30 Days of Strength. I liked it. A lot depends on what your fitness goals are though.

        30 Days of Strength is a decent place to start then, as long as you think taht you are OK with a level III program.

          30 Days of Gravity is Level 3 also, right?? if its easier maybe ill start with that one to prepare myself for 30 Days of Strength, is just a month
