    Primal movement program

    Hey Darebee team, you guys really make some awesome programs on here. I was wondering if there was anything in the works for a 30 day primal movement workout. Things like bear crawls, ape walks, crab toe touches, with burpees and jump exercises? Stuff that build functional muscle strength and flexibility. I did something like it before when I got injured pretty badly while deployed and I was wondering if you guys had plans for something along those lines. With the creativity of the team I'm sure all our asses would get kicked.... in the best way possible of course lol.

    Have a look at Primal, it got even Dead Bugs in it But it's not a program just a workout

      Yeah I have used that one a couple of times, it's great. That's why I'm interested in seeing a whole 30 day based on it, it would be pretty intense.

        COQUI209 I totally second your suggestion. . . I am a fan of this type of workout, but we don't have the sources nor the knowledge to form a program... I am looking to build functional strength for running, muay thai, etc... Looking forward!!!

          I love watching people do primal movement flows but have never been able to figure it out, a 30 day program would be so cool!
