Many couples want to do the Dirty Dancing choreography for their wedding and I think it would be super nice if there were a workout (maybe one for him and one for her) that offered exercises which make one more able to do that lifting pose.
I'm thinking maybe squats and... which part of the arms do you even need to lift the woman? I don't know.
