Suggestion: A Dirty Dancing Workout to practise the lifting pose

Many couples want to do the Dirty Dancing choreography for their wedding and I think it would be super nice if there were a workout (maybe one for him and one for her) that offered exercises which make one more able to do that lifting pose.

I'm thinking maybe squats and... which part of the arms do you even need to lift the woman? I don't know.

Looks like there is quite some demand.
I'd say you need ALL parts of your arms to lift (and hold up) a full grown woman and a decend technique (dance school?!) This looks to be more in the 'don't try this at home' section.

Usually couples hire a coreographer to help them learn it. However often you can only meet them once a week, and especially if you already know you want to do it, but haven't hired them yet, you'd be able to build up the muscles months prior, so that you only have to learn the technique when it's time.

I know I'd need to spend like a year building up the muscles to lift my husband and not sure how it is the other way around.
