MasterKevlar Internal obliques are still not supposed to be visible, I think, because it's "internal," but maybe you need all the core muscles, deep or surface, getting bigger in order to get that area popping like in the op pic. It's, say, 3 thick muslces when trained versus 3 thin muslces when not, if that make sense. Just thinking from an amateur point of view.

kandy the action of internal oblique is knee raise & twist. Its not internal oblique visibility but the tightened pull in the anterior superior iliac spine when the muscle is activated
Bilateral: Compresses abdomen Unilateral: Ipsilateral trunk rotation

I think I meant the V-Taper, but this also could help make your waist look narrower: https://darebee.com/workouts/superhe...y-workout.html

Uh oh, like Simeon Panda. My body type is more like Killmonger in Black Panther. This is why I'm trying to cut up the abs a little more.

Update: seeing Great results from Knee raises, windshield wipers and keep feet close together and moving them side to side, smiliar to windshield wipers without the elevation

The Abs Master was the best workout for what I wanted to change. I've been doing it at Planet Fitness, coupled with weighted ab machines and electric Ab stimulator on rest days. I've turned up the HIIT too and dropped like 28lbs. Started doing squats or burpees before Snacks/Cookies.

Final Formula for a Core Routine:

6x Navy seal burpees with jumping knee tuck, every minute on the minute for 10-30mins

The Abs Master - Level III

                  Weighted reverse crunches burnout
