    Ballet inspired program

    I was hoping that maybe sometime in the future the Darebee team ( wink wink neilarey ) could make a ballet/pilates/yoga inspired 30-60 day program - something that would include working smaller, accessory muscles; intended for toning and strengthening. I think it might also be something that would be of great appeal to women and girls. :bunny6:

    EDIT: I volunteer as tribute! ( I would gladly be your lab rat if needed.)

    I went to one session of a ballet barre workout class and it was the hardest thing I have ever done. I was muscle bound for a week afterwards. I'm in favor!

      Totally awesome idea! Both ballet and yoga inspired programs would be great for both flexibility and strength

          I had some ballet lessons as a teen and liked it a lot. Maybe a ballet event week? I think there is one ballet-workout in the database (The swan?)

            Yess pleasee!! Great idea Ann-Core!
            A few years ago, I discovered a ballet programme on the Internet and that was incredibly soothing and effective. That was the only interaction of me with ballet exercises.  Maybe Darebee Team could plan and make a programme/challenge/event including that kind of ballet movements for us

            There were minimal movements with maximal effects. But warning, at first the movements are really painful for mildly-exercising people (like me) But again, the movements are very soothing and feel good. It worths.

            So, I'm in!

            Edit: Oh, by the way, It has talked looong ago (like 2 years) I thought that it was a new issue
