I was wondering if you could make a workout with jump ropes. And you don't even have to have a jump rope. just pretend you have one.Comment

There is a Jump Rope Challenge.. may be another challenge with different types of jumps (like the one for different types of push-ups)... instead of an entire program only about jump rope..
