    TRX suspensions training

    hi Darebee team,
    Did u ever consider adding a suspension training TRX workout program?
    I think It falls under the same training style umbrella
    it will be very nice

      You could also do rings and straps and not have to pay for the trendy kit and marketing. Granted rings and straps aren't as soft and they aren't connected with each other, but with decent wrist and ankle straps and clips, you can get around the comfort issue.

        @bravolimapoppa3, I agree with you Rings and straps , or TRX all the same results, we need a program or it could be part of any program

          Well, I used videos from TrainingPal on YouTube and began incorporating ring work into my regular workouts. I substitute ring versions of push-ups, dips, body weight rows and similar right now and will be adding others (plank soon, crunches), mainly because instability makes everything tougher.

            I agree, and I like these suspension training to be integrated as a part of a workout

            I dont like full TRX routines
