It'd probably take me the better part of an hour to even complete it on level 1 (I've only been working out for about 3 weeks now, and at 294 any plank position exercise is hellish) but I'm gonna try and work it in this week sometime. Probably tuesday or thursday, since I follow the Knight plan. But yes, it does look quite... Grim. I'll see myself out now.

The reaper workout honestly scares me, lol. I've not tried it yet. I do the five minute plank once a week and Core Connect was fun. I feel as if this one will be sickly challenging, however.

Awesome. Combo moves are a great challenge. When it comes to core combos, the new Reaper workout looks fantastic.

I do something similar. I tend to do a sit up and then as I come down i fluidly go into a butt-up, then as my legs come down I do a 5 second static leg raise and repeat. It's fun and I usually feel like my core is made of steel by the end. Not for the super saiyan workout, mind you. For a couple of others I've modified a bit.

This is less of a request, and more something I tried for funsies that turned out well. Instead of the standard circuit of 10 sit-ups-> 10 leg raises-> 10 sitting twists, I switched the leg raises and sit ups around, and made them somewhat of a ballistic combo, while doubling the number of sitting twists from 10->20. What I would do is a leg raise, and as my legs touched the floor, I would do a sit-up (I guess a Butterfly sit-up, since my legs were still extended), and at the top of the motion I would add a twist to each side. 10 combos of that left my abs feeling like I'd taken a blowtorch to it, and it was kinda fun. In practice it looks kinda like a demented seesaw. Anyone doing the Super Saiyan workout, try it. It's Super Saiyan Fun.
