    Just a shout out to our program masters that those are great ideas! With spring coming, my running shoes are calling my name, and this gives me excellent ideas for balancing my next months of workouts!
    Note to new runners : running endorphins are real, folk, you will get hooked and will want more than 20 mins before you know it!
