    Done with EC. Modified version only, but much smoother than the last time this one came up.

      Done but couldn't get my knee to touch the floor, it seemed like my hip joint was just not going to allow that, and I have very flexible hips! So somewhere between the modified version and the full version.

        Done with modified version... I save my knees, now they are not in the best shape

        DD - 7 Jan 2019/ 15 plank walk-outs -- Done w. EC, but can't bend to the end.

                        Done NO EC...My hammys are too tight and this was hard coming off Day 7 of Days Of Action...high knees squats and burpees.

                          Done, but I won't count EC today.

                          (Did this while I was out at the facility, today. I think I can lower the knee 2/3-3/4 of the way down, with support. Not quite at the level where it kisses the floor.)

                          Also, due to time/energy restraints, I think I'll stop transcribing these. But I want to try it for other DAREBEE materials down the line~

                              Done with EC. Much better than the last time this was posted. Might actually eventually do it full form, no support - which I seriously doubted last time.
                              Did 20 (10/10) of the modified version for warm up, no support, maybe 1/3 of the way down.

                              Then did 10/10 while holding one leg bent at the knee holding the ankle all the time with some minor pause at full extension (standing), no longer than 5 seconds at a time though. Did not let go of the ankle throughout, leg bent all the time.
                              All done while holding onto a table, bent knee touching the floor for 100% reps.

                              Actually had more trouble getting up than down.


                              Also - managed to get three other family members hooked on Darebee - one program at a time, but they will get there

                              Decided to consider this no EC this time after all.
                              Next time, Shrimp Squats, 'till next time! - I will be prepared.
