          D.w.EC.... The full version is still a bit of a beast with the tip (holding on to something); suggest you don't do these without a few warm up regular squat reps first.

          The library version here at DareBee shows this modified version: https://darebee.com/exercises/shrimp-squats.html. so a few reps of the the modified version could be a good warm up to the full version or stick with the modified to be on the safe side.

                    Hoo boy, the version posted today is TOUGH. I did a few of the posted ones, but had to finish with the modified version. But it was all in one go. Extra credit, I guess?
