        Hey goodlookingguy - Here are a couple examples:

        - DareBee Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XUDOpNWhVr0
        - Trainer Al Kavdlo (more like the picture above) - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_FBuC-VPbRY

        As Al say, this is a relatively advanced exercise, so the DareBee video might be a good start and then work towards the more advance one. It probably won't matter for most folks anyway, you won't be able to even balance all the way to a deep squats if you're not at that level.

          The problem is that even if I hold on to something, my foot go in to tiptoe position. It's because of my weak legs, or I just doing something wrong?

                              Wah lau eh, this one comes from the very depth of hell. So far it’s the most difficult Daily Dare I’ve encountered.
