    D.w.EC… . Another proud day - just completed Carbon & Dust - enjoyed it immensely. Went for the 50 Burpees in One Go badge at the end, but miserably fell short (muscle fatigue). Recommend giving this a shot; worth every minute.

      Congrtz Bro you are one of Darebee Legend for me i really wish one day i get all your icons and be strong as you and even stronger
      iam just busy with this " Insanity Workout fitness Course " and really i can't do any thing beside this routine only DD and the Month's Challenge and 5k daily running nothing else .
      after i done this fitness course i will start to get some of your ICONS and be Legend as you thanks a lot Bro you really great Motivational Person

        Thanks for the kind words OoSezRoO . WoW! Insanity certainly is a beast of a workout - you will be (most likely are) far fitter and stronger than I am. Right now, I am working my way through the DareBee Programs (most are 30 days in duration).

        Each day I supplement that with pushups, situps, jumping jacks, leg raises, flutter kicks, leg lift, high knees/climbers, bridges. I started with 25s, but now I am up to 110 each per day. Most days I try to get a 5-miler in. I, too, am very much motivated as well by the dedication I see here and yes, the Icons do help.
