    Done with EC...

...but...probably should have watched the video first. I think I was going deeper and slower than him. First leg was fine, but somehow, the second leg started getting wobbly at around 12-ish. Awesome stuff tho.

Done, but I needed to hold the wall for support, so no EC.

Interesting. If you have youtube on auto-play, the next video has a bald dude with a beard.
Totally touches the ground with his knee.
So......I tried that....and just decided to kneel and pray that one day I could have the power to come back up.

So, I decided since this calls them half-shrimp squats, they don't want us to touch knee to floor.

Super wobbly. especially on leg with sciatica, but...

                DDDone. No EC today.

                      Done with EC!

(Pretty tough, but I'm glad it wasn't the full variation today, still not quite up to knee touching floor without some assist. Also found it to be a good call to do the harder side first, which is as usual my right side. Oof. )

Done with EC. As much time trying to keep my balance as squatting.

Complete. No EC though. Had to put both arms out in front of me.
