            HValkyrie, my understanding is that if you swapped hands more than once (at the halfway point of 1'), it's not going to fulfill EC.

            Mostly since by swapping hands more frequently, you end up resting the non-active arm for that interval. (Hence why many of the asymmetrical exercises come with the 50% one side first and then the remaining 50% for the other to meet that EC qualifier. This way increases the muscle load more quickly.)

            That said, plank variations can be quite tough - so good job (as well to others in the thread, regardless of EC/modifications)!
