                      ToasterMech EC stands for Extra Credit. It generally means to do the Dare in one go, no breaks.

                      Sometimes it comes with other conditions, like doing half of it for one side and then quickly doing the remaining half for the other - as is the case with this DD. This is usually tougher than alternating sides with each rep, because you're not allowing that side as much recovery time. (Remember, everything is total, so this DD meant 25 reps for your left side and 25 for your right.)
