Done with EC, but just barely. I was leaning over much further than the illustration above...because my hamstrings and other associated muscles are way too tight. Yay...

(Took a few tries, transitioning sides and maintaining the center was the hard part for me! Feels good!)

Done with extra credit. Kind of. I can't physically get my leg up that high, so it was more like a half-raise. This combined with catching up with yesterday's and Foundation 100 flutter kicks....
