                I didn't know this exercise. We are used to do one that's pretty similiar on our basketball practices that's in plank position but what moves is the feet while you keep the hands in the place so I thought this would be easy. Damn I was wrong. This one is way harder and I really felt it at the 10th rep. However I pushed it till the end and manage to do with EC. Thanks for the challenge

                          Daily Dare - June 13, 2016: 20 Moving Planks
                          Get into a plank position and “walk” to the side using your hands while keeping your feet in place. Move to the right at 90 degrees, then “walk” back = 1 rep.

                          Extra Credit in one go, keep the plank
