              Done, no EC. My lower back hurts from trying dead lifts and rows on barbell for the first time. Couldn't get balanced or out of pain in my lower back. No worries it'll be easier next time this pops up

                You may find if harder if you keep hands and feet close... that will test your balance, but i font know if that takes out the purpose of this exercise- You can try, though
