    Attitude

    We are neurobiological beings. Everything we feel affects our body. Our moods guide our day.

    Research shows that we, unfortunately, find it easier to maintain a negative frame of mind than a positive one. Yet it is a positive frame of mind that helps reduce stress and anxiety which, in turn, reduce biomarkers of other inflammatory diseases including ageing.

    We only become better versions of ourselves because we put in effort. The mind, just like the body, needs to be trained gradually and persistently; one baby step at a time. Make your attitude something you control and not what your environment and circumstances want to impose upon you.
