    Get Tough!

    What makes you fit for life is resilience. The ability to turn up and exercise day-in, day-out, adjusting, improving and growing. That ability doesn’t come from your body. It comes from your mind. Mental toughness, just like physical fitness, is an attribute you develop through application. You get better at by developing it in small ways, incrementally, every day.

    Be tidy. Be organized. Be methodical. Plan ahead. Take small steps and think things through. Nothing is ever easy but with practice everything becomes better and some things become easier. As your mental discipline develops your motivation changes, You ability to exercise also improves.

    Fitness is what happens to the body when the mind is resilient.
