I am aspiring to join the fire service here in the UK. Since 2019 I have lost about 8 stone, and as gyms have shut in the last year basically been training myself at home exclusively, using this site of course.
I was wondering if anyone who is a fire fighter could pick a few workouts on here that I should be able to do if I were to be a fireman. As if I can't do the ones you pick it will give me a nice healthy goal to accomplish so don't go easy.
