I worked out in our basement. Baseline, Xpress Tone, Square 1 - also 50 push-ups a day. All day 6.

First quarantine in Greece in April-May I was 155kg(2m tall). I started diet and work out. Also darebee programs. Now I am 127 kg. Going down and working on the 60 days cardio and the full circuit. Also after that the bad knees program to strengthen my knees. The combination I chose is good? Or is better to stick with one program each time? My goal is to lose at least 20kg more. Thank you all and stay safe!

Vault76Dweller There are lots of challenges to choose from. On the home page, select Challenge & scan through till you find one you like. I am currently do the Agility Challenge & 50 Push-Ups a day Challenge.

Today I did my workouts inside, push-ups, DD, Agility Challenge, Baseline, Rotator Cuff workout, HIIT - Combat Burpees, Square 1. Then an outdoor walk. I stopped by a local school, used their playground equipment for pull-ups.
