    distance Learning-Zoom style

    I am a public school Physical education/weight training teacher. My school system is shutdown due to Covid 19, but we are going to start Distance Learning next week by "pushing out" instruction digitally through google classroom and Zoom class meetings. I am looking for suggestions for a 30 day "no equipment/body weight" workout program for my home bound weight training students. I am new to Darebee and the hive.

    Let me see - depending on their level you may look into Strength Protocol or 30 days of Gravity. Those are completely without equipment.

    Oh, and welcome to the Hive! (I'm also going to start teaching digitally soon. Different clientele, different subject, but same Zoom. I'm sure there'll be a learning curve. Good luck!)
