    Exercise And Immunity

Exercise is good and makes us healthy...however this Pandemic is making me think of backing off a little. I admit it, I am an exercise addict...sometimes up to 3 times a day. Probably not good when there is a Pandemic going on. I was working towards a goal of ultimate overall fitness...but I think that perhaps I should back off because of being immunocompromised with Heart issues.

Is anybody else backing off on their workouts?

Here are some articles I found on the subject. I am not really knowing if I should continue pushing on or backing off.

What do my fellow bees think?

Thanks for the links, will look later. Am starting morning workout sessions.

Just wanted to share my proverbial $0.02.

To answer; no not slacking off. Doing more.

I am 61 next month, don’t have any previous issues. What makes most sense to me is using care and consideration WHERE you go and WHO you are around. If you training is at home environments (most of mine is) it’s fine here.

My concerns are not workout related, they are who I am near at work. or...in between here and there. Anyway...

If I strengthen my heart, muscles and lose some weight I find this better then my previous recliner/Pringle’s and coke after work. I believe my body will be better able to fight issues/recover better should something happen.

Thank you for letting me share.

Wishing you and all bees safety and health.

I am doing about the same, which works out to about one hour per day, 6000 steps per day, with an off day every 5-7 days.
