    MMA Workout/Combination

    Just thought I'd share an MMA style routine that I'm combining with am MMA weight training routine I got from muscle and strength along with two of the fighting programs from here. The program itself is from this link:

    The fighting programs I use are Fighter's Codex which I do on Tuesdays and Fridays followed by the Brutal Abs workout.

    On Wednesdays and Saturdays I use Combat HIIT and 30 days of yoga. (Tues, Wed, Fri and Sat are the MMA training days since I don't belong to an MMA gym).

    Just would like some feedback or pointers/recommendations, that would be great. Feel free to test the workout yourselves if you wish.

      It feels well balanced too, alot of the codex and combat hiit workouts feels like a cardio workout so I don't feel too bad if I miss the running lol plus on 30 days of yoga, on the meditation days, I can sit and relax in the sauna room at the gym.
