    Hip Labral Tear

    Any ideas for labral tear recovery - diagnosed with a labral tear after an MRI - lunges, squats, leag raises, etc are painful. Any suggestions on building strength to get back to regular leg workouts?

    Dynamic Tension, tensing the muscles of the legs and butt, can be done just standing, in squat position and lunge, hold the poses like in Yoga and tense/flex.
